Todd and Steve are members of SAT (Special Applied Tactics) Group D. Utilizing their abilities they handle the most dangerous threats to Century City. Now, with a new drug hitting the streets that allows for Mutes (people with minute abilities) to enhance themselves, Group D finds themselves thrust back into a world of intrigue they left behind. Will the two team members find themselves able to survive a nightmare they once thought buried in the past. A dark yet humorous take on the superhero genre.
