Saving a scrawny goblin, Gob, is only the start of her problems when her intervention attracts the attention of Great Chief Taruk, a powerful goblin leader who has begun a war against the 'manlings' to lay ancestral claim to the forest where Dorothy lives. Mixed up in a war between humans and goblins, she'll have to decide whether to pack up and leave her home, siding with her own kind, or whether to stay and try to reason with the Great Chief. The Novella is now complete, but I'm still writing more stories set in the Hoarfrost Heroes universe.
