When Ben finds a child in the forest, he never thought it would draw the attention of a goddess. While the child grows in strength, being blessed with inate magical talents, the kingdom of Falreach is vying for expansion, infirnging upon the forest of Kest that the Elves of Karn call home. Suddenly thrown into the turmoil of an attack on one of the elves villages, Ren finds himself navigating a dark and perilous dungeon to reach safety. Putting his magical abilities to the test, he's finding that the goddess's blessing, may not be a blessing at all.
