Seraph has a fairly interesting job; perhaps even fun. She might have started off wanting to program games, but she ended up working for a department she didn't even know existed; the Revival-Integration department. When the military nabs someone with an intact brain, her job is to find a way to learn what they know, preferably without letting them know they're even being interrogated.  She is, of course, good at her job. Which may lead to some consequences down the line, and getting far more involved than she'd like.
