Two best friends were crossing the street on their way home when suddenly, time froze to a standstill, and the two girls found themselves surrounded by an impenetrable barrier. Soon after, they both lost consciousness and woke up in a strange place, with no recollection of how either of them got there. To make matters worse, one of the girls remembered nothing of who she used to be. The girl who retained her memory, Emily, has to try and survive in an unknown and hostile land, while simultaneously trying to restore her best friend's memory. As someone who found every excuse under the sun to never leave her home, save for school, that posed a significant challenge.
