Heroes were summoned to a kingdom about to be embroiled and most likely to lose in a war.Of course to 'junior' court wizard Ezekiel Illyaeide Hawke, they were disappointing naive dolts who couldn’t tell the sharp end of a sword from the hilt. Thus he decides to take matters into his own hands, after all, what else can be done if the heroes aren't heroic?_____________________________________________________________________________________________I thought it would be interesting writing (and reading) from the perspective of a summoner rather than the summoned.This is my first attempt at creating a novel from one of my many random thoughts, so I doubt I'd be very good at the start.
