At the end of the 21st Century Humans began to change. Some became stronger than we ever thought possible while others gained the ability to throw about the Elements like they were toys. Obviously a multitude of the abilites that popped up were much weaker but it signalled the start of a new Era: The Era of Espers. But not everyone awakened these abilities, in fact, most people didn't and these people were refered to as 'Normals'. William was one such person. But he had the misfortune of falling in love with an Esper from an influential family. Keen to not let a 'Normal' 'dirty' his daughter, the head of this family ordered some low-level Espers to mess with William and his family. With his parents dead, his sister defiled and in a coma, what else could William do but become a monster crazed with an obsession for power?
