Witches were humans who committed atrocious sins and deeds against humanity and the Gods. They practice the dark magic and evil witchcraft. At least, that's the definition of witches in Attune V.1679. Luckily, the Witch Hunt Institute is here to save us from these monsters.      But when you could the next accused, no one is there to help you. The Witch Hunters will do anything to eradicate all witches. They don't care if a few people aren't actually witches. All they need to do is fear monger the rest who are.
