Suffering from a heart attack, Alex goes to his surprise Heaven. There he encounters Pete, the two meet God where Alex and God have a discussion about him discovering the truth of the Universe. He grants him the opportunity to take Seven Golden Apples. He also offers him a bargain if he can put an end to the apocalypse by only use half his developing godlike strength. Many Mortals have tried all have failed. The only question is whether Alex can survive the journey in Hell and whether the strength is enough to defeat the multitudes of demonic Legionnaires.
