Lars' story: Deathjaw is a powerful fire dragon and important dragonlord. He rules a vast estate and spends his time playing dangerous games of economics and politics with his enemies and allies.  Most importantly, he is a loving father and husband, who is trying to teach his half-dragon daughter White Fire to appreciate hard work. One day as he takes White Fire to a farming community on the other side of his lands, Deathjaw and his family become targets for an ambitious political assassin.This is the first in a series of short stories that will expound on the character of Deathjaw and the history of Drachonia, leading to how White Fire became the greatest dragon slayer of her age.
