Synopsis
Me and Handsome Alex are just a couple of necromancers trying to win a literal battle of the bands. Well, he’s a classically-trained necro and percussion specialist who dabbles in rewriting minds; I do more of an evil alchemy thing with stolen souls. Plus I manage the talent. It’s complicated.
Anyway, Handsome Alex has this big plan to get himself a permanent body this time, one that can survive all the plane crashes and trainwrecks inherent with carrying the eternal curse of an Old God. That’s why we’re signing up for this super elite battle of the bands. The winners supposedly each get one wish.
It’ll all take place in some mystical fairyland or something. I hear there’s even an open bar and billiard room. Who could say no to all that?
