Death Maintenance Workers are colloquially used to describe planetary maintenance worker hired to hopelessly extend the lifespan of dying planets. Yonim Brisel, our fellow Death Maintenance Worker, has taken on the assignment of repairing the biofilm of the poor planet of Colony Bacillus. Along the way, he learns the culture, traditions, and way of life of what he deems as an inferior planet.
