Synopsis
Milos has lycanthropy. He has for years. But rather than wallow in self-pity and wax poetic about how much of a monster he is, he's been using his condition and the benefits that come with it to justify a life of hedonism and partying. Now, working for an organized crime ring of drug-dealing werewolves, Milos is in too deep to see a way out, and enjoying it too much to try and find one. That is, until, a new face makes him question the way he's been living, and a few old figures from his past come back to haunt him.
Content warnings for drug/alcohol use, strong language, the main character generally having really bad coping mechanisms, and discussions of sexual themes (but no actual sex scenes). Death in Absentia is meant to be about change and growth and finding your place in the world when you haven't really figured yourself out yet.
Updates may be inconsistent, but this is a passion project and something I've had in my head for a while, so I'm determined to see it through to the end.
