Owen is revived to solve his own murder based on... vibes, apparently. It's not like he can really remember how he died, or really much of anything else before being necromanced into this world filled with super-powered individuals. Of course, that's just his first job. Hopefully he won't lose track of that under the pile of new responsibilities being thrust onto his shoulders. Apparently being brought back to life comes with a lot of paperwork and obligations to the government.
