Carter’s mind is scrambled. Fiona was sick of her husband before, but now he never stops muttering nonsense. And just when she was ready to call it quits, he had to go and get a parasite in his brain. Desperate to heal her husband’s mental illness so she can break it off with him while he’s in his right mind, Fiona enlists the help of her three friends, Quint the crusty old vibrational mage, a telekinetic wyrm called Pip, and Carter’s deadbeat brother Leslie, to steal a mind-wiping artifact called the Eraser from The Hate.  Though the heist is a success, The Hate enraged but bested, the Eraser not only fails to heal Carter but releases a belief-controlling Void into the world called Leere, whose sole purpose is to consume the dreams of all it touches, repurposing them into the One Dream.  Fiona’s only hope to heal her husband and rid the world of the dream consumer Leere now lies in the hands of the ever-remote vibrational witch, the Woman in White. Fiona sets out with her friends to find the mysterious Woman in White and realizes that her own dreams might not be so reliable, or so her own, as she thought.
