THE ORIGINS OF ZENMU

Long before the war with Ryuketsu, before even the existence of magicians as they were known today, there was Zenmu.

He wasn’t born—he was created.

An ancient entity, born from the fusion of light and darkness.

Some say he was the first magician. Others believe he was a god cast out from the divine realm.

But one thing was certain—his power was limitless.

WHY DID ZENMU BETRAY RAIZO?

At first, Zenmu was a protector of balance.

But something changed.

As time passed, he saw how humans and magicians misused power.

How they waged wars, destroyed worlds, and never learned from their mistakes.

He realized something:

"Peace is a lie. Power is the only truth."

And so, when Ryuketsu approached him, offering a new world order, Zenmu accepted.

But even in the end, Zenmu underestimated Ryuketsu.

Before he was consumed, his final words echoed:

"Cheater, Ryuketsu…"

His power had been used. His existence devoured.

But was Zenmu truly gone?

Or had he left something behind?

Far beyond the reach of the known universe, deep within the Abyss Lords' temple, a dark energy flickered.
