Goons, henchmen, foot soldiers. They don’t even register as side characters in most narratives, but what compels a person to become one?  What fuels an individual to work for a supervillain or a crime lord? Maybe it’s fear, money, the desire for power, or all the above. Either way, it’s a dangerous job.
