Artemvian Delcreau Moneti is the First Historian, Grand Mage and All-Around Consultant to everything Mythical, Supernatural and Lore in the Glorious Empire.  He has spent most of his life as a wetboy / demon hunter, retiring as a Librarian.   More than 90 years old, Artemvian closes his eyes one last time, thinking that he'd finally learn what type of special hell the gods of his world has cooked up for him. Little does he know, Nero City is not a Hell at all. It's CYBERPUNK.
