In Nexus, the only thing greater than your potential is the danger you'll have to face to reach it.  For Endki and Clef, this means navigating haunted mansions, forgotten islands, backstabbing Diviners, and ancient legends that still walk the world.  The quest is simple: Grow Stronger.  The reason is even simpler: To Survive.       This fiction contains elements of parody from the computer game Nexus: the Kingdom of the Wind.  However, it constitutes an original story and characters.  Please check out the game if the story interests you, but the author claims no legal link to that work nor any intention to use the intellectual property of any company.  This work and the elements of parody are protected under Fair Use in the United States.  The use of the "fanfiction" tag denotes that some elements of the world are inspired by N:tK, which in turn draws heavily from Korean mythology, Chinese mythology, Shinto practice, and the known and speculated history of the region now called Korea.
