After the king's untimely death, his two heirs were left to fight over who would take his spot. The process was simple. Each would be given a unique magical tool and a year to win over the citizens of the kingdom by performing good deeds and slaying monsters.  When that year was up, the most popular of the two would be crowned. The process was simple - Not Fair - Or at least, Chloe wasn't going to play fair. Sportsmanship was for idiots with nothing to lose, and she, had everything to gain. Fair warning that this is satire based on shows like (The Thick Of It) and (Veep) I can guarantee flawless grammar, spelling and punctuation, although this story does not fit the mould of what you will traditionally find on here.
