After the end of the Second Tiberium War, the Brotherhood of Nod were left to lick their wounds after the assumed death of their leader, Kane. The chain of command began to break, fracturing the Brotherhood, leaving it in a state of disarray. This would only last shortly as the leader of the Black Hand, Anton Slavik, took up the mantle of leader and reunited the Brotherhood.Sometime shortly after the reunification, a mysterious storm began to cover the globe, blotting out the sun and filling the air with the stench of radiation. What seemed to be just another Ion Storm would turn out to be a much more malicious force, unknown to the world and the Brotherhood.What would take place after the storm leaves the Brotherhood in disarray yet again, but not for the same reason... This story follows the journey of Victor Thorn, a Lieutenant under the command of Anton Slavik and the Black Hand.  (This story is cross-posted on Royal Road. Both will be updated at the same time)
