The town of Plainstown is ruled by a cruel, unjust man known as the Sheriff. Harold is just a regular citizen leading a regular life, when he sees something mysterious one night, and decides to investigate. He is roped into a plot to kill the Sheriff, a free Plainstown from his jurisdiction.
