The Tempest Kingdom was led by the most powerful royal family in the world, boasting peerless magic that dwarfed any other.  Their influence persisted for centuries, cementing their status as the peak of humanity.  But the kingdom of Terrace had their own vision -- using the power of an undead monster that could freely regenerate any damage inflicted, they leveled the reigning city in a decisive war.  Despite Terrace's best efforts, one member of the royal family managed to survive:  Nobu Tempest, the prince of the fallen kingdom.  After making his escape, he vows to assemble a new army, destroy Terrace and restore his kingdom to its former glory.
