In a land of magic, full of Gods and Heroes, Villains rise and fall on an almost yearly basis. For your average citizen, news of another demon army gathering somewhere in the Twilit Realms is like receiving a weather forecast for the coming day. Demon Lords come and go, Liches rise from their mausoleums only to be hammered back shortly after, and Dragons are hunted down by the stronger Heroes simply as a means to pass time. The only real danger comes from neighboring kingdoms that have plenty of their own Legendary warriors, and the enigmatic dungeons that phase into the world with seemingly no rhyme or reason and then proceed to remake the reality around them in their own image. One such dungeon finds itself in the wake of a disastrous clash between two armies, surrounded by rotten corpses and chipped metal. Urged by instinct and curiosity, and having plenty of resources to spare, the dungeon grows to present the world a threat like no other.
