Cival, a teeange girl from a family of sayers (instead of seeing the future like seers, they say the future) makes a comment that only an alien can sale the empy house in her small town.  No one believes her.  Her mom who she inherited her family gift from doesn't believe her.  Cival is now determine to prove her saying was right and that aliens have come to reside on Earth at last!
