As the saying goes. It is darkest under the lamp. The same is true for this horrid city named the city of a thousand lights by the world, but in the underground society beneath the foundation of the city, there is a second name, one in complete contrast with the main. The City of Darkness, this city is where all the low life's reside, where all the people who have nowhere else to go suffer, and the epicenter of all things immoral. Underneath all this evil is the lords of this land, with unquestionable power and authority granted by their super powers rule over all who live there. Watch as our MC Maximus Schmidt, born of a prostitute and one of her clients struggles to live in this dystopian world, where everyone is out to get you for what little they can shake out of you. Watch as when one of his mother's(Claire Schmidt) clients try to murder her to not have to pay, his powers manifest.
