When Ryuk was young, he wanted to become an immortal practioner. To fly among the clouds, to blow apart mountains with mere shouts. But as he grew older, reality set in. Ryuk was a cripple. With no limbs he was cursed to live life as a waste. Not even his own family loved him.  All his life he had been told that he was nothing.  A useless dreg of society, a no-name waste with no potential for anything. But given the chance to rise above his station, Ryuk must confront his dark past and decide just who he really is.
