Synopsis

TRIGGER WARNING: Vivid realistic descriptions of battle, war, depression, and trauma. Back to the blurb There exists inherent in all people, a limit. Some can only go so far. And for the 28 year old Cheese, he fears that he has reached this wall. Now he struggles with that identity, and what he must do to overcome it. For the only way to overcome the wall is to jump over it, and hope you land unbroken. But more is needed than just a willingness to jump, one must also have a ledge. Luckily for Cheese he is thrust out into one such ledge. Beings begin appearing in his world attempting to invade it. They are beings of power and magic, the likes of which no one has seen since the gods roamed the earth. Its up to Cheese and his family to figure out why this is happening, and to put a stop to before it destroys their people, and their world. What to expect: A slow burn MC. Cheese starts as just a guy. A relatively skilled guy, but in the wider galaxy he's an absolute noob. This is a progression fantasy, but like all great DND campaigns we will be enjoying the progression, not rushing it. Unreliable Narrator. Cheese is a peasant, and he's just guessing at a lot of shit, as are other people. You will often know things that he does not due to the fact that you are an educated individual from the year 2024. He does not know what gunpowder is for example. That shits weird magic to him.  A fully flushes out world that feels lived in.  Characters who do things for understandable reasons, and not because the plot needs them to.   Lots of cooking, eating, and food talk. What not to expect:  Murder hobo for murder hobos sake. A rushed story that skips worldbuilding, or intrigue.  An Mc who cant be touched. Cheese is flawed, and makes mistakes. He will suffer setbacks. He will be hurt. Also, a huge shout out to the cover designer Ryan. Hes why most of you are even reading this in the first place.
