Be careful what you write... When Rick's web fiction came to life, plunging humanity into a nightmarish apocalypse, only his unique knowledge of the plot can save him. Or so he thought. As it turns out, Rick is not the only author in this apocalypse. Other authors, each with their own unique stories, have caught on to the fact that their fictions have been made flesh. Authors are no longer mere wordsmiths in this new age, but gods, carving the earth into swaths of land called Plots, where each author rules and exert authority over the masses. Rick has lost everything to the apocalypse he wrote, including his own life. Now he just wants the world to return to normal, for therein lies the opportunity to revive his family. But do the other authors feel the same?
