It is said that people love to cheer for the underdog – someone who overcomes adversity, the numerous advantages of their foe, the power disparity – all to become the champion.  Lysia is no underdog. By all accounts, she is a woman who could set the world aflame with hardly a thought; her power an inferno that she had spent the entirety of her life refining into the dangerous weapon it is. Her enemy though? Pure power isn’t enough. To shake the foundations of an unjust system, to free people from oppression, to utterly destroy that which is wrong – people need to change. And pure power isn’t enough to change the hearts of men – only cow it until your back is turned.
