Marcus Grey was doing... okay. He was on his way to the coast, and a fresh start... when a glowing box appeared over his vision. A nice, friendly warning about the changes that were to come, and hopes to the future.... and even that some 'Chosen' were going to get a chance to leave the world, advance dramatically in power, and come back to help earth deal with the coming crisis. Marcus isn't one of the Chosen. His life under this new system rapidly becomes a tragedy; and soon enough all he has left is to ensure he's not the only one who suffers.
