Synopsis
The world was sundered into many barely connected parts eons ago. Very little is remembered about it. Every few decades, old magic wakes in Iya Khil, center of all worlds, and sets The Search in motion. Scions of magical bloodlines are called upon to find the Children of Prophecy. Supposedly, those people, when Found, would do something to hopefully merge the world again. By now, bloodlines run thin and it gets harder and harder to get enough Seekers.
Children of Prophesy:
Divan – Elf healer apprentice taken in by Merun. Often feels misunderstood. The Hope.
Naidra – Human mage apprentice too curios for her own good. Somewhat of a night owl. The Light.
Vea - Dwarf fighter heroine-to-be who unfortunately doesn’t want to do anything else but to be a family dwarf. Only fights with an axe if she has to. The Sword.
Narsif – Mrrengar bard apprentice eager to travel and see new things but too lazy and inattentive to stick to a task long. Never remembers his dreams. The Vision.
Quamyam – Rha‘oun shaman apprentice who lacks the strong build of the other members of her race. Her name means little runt in Elvish, a joke her original tribe played on her. The Strength.
Shawoosh – Lizard prince with a bad lisp, even for a lizard. The Word.
The Seekers:
Ezalot – Female Dwarf-Chrone mixling with a bad temper and negative outlook on the world. Doesn’t believe in the mission but is honor bound. Sent to find The Hope.
Am‘ot – Young Elf scout with a wish to be a hero. Always expects the worst. Not the bravest. Sent to find The Light.
Zenkel – Female Chrone trader with some special skills sent to find The Sword.
Khadubar of the 1000 Names – Dwarf Wizard mentor sent to find The Vision.
Airomeye and Saryan – Mrrengar and Human-Elven mixling mage trainees jumping in for Airomeye‘s terminally ill father to find The Strength.
Olafun Smashit– Dwarf blacksmith and hobby herbalist. Had to jump in for his drunk brother Wenzel to find The Word.
Yelsev Tranidar – A Mrrengar with an extra name eager to earn a third. Independent Seeker.
