Centuries ago humans and animals alike died in fires, floods and dust. The world left behind crumbled, water and land changed colors and the world lost everything it once was. But as parasites so often do, humans came back. They came back in grand numbers and lived under the bridges of what the world before. In an unstable world humans thrive for safety, security and power. The for now unnamed main character notices that she's part of the society outside of a big wall and cast out from a more priviledged society.
