It all began when she found him trapped in the furthest corner of the dark web. All it took to find him was one single download, immersing herself in this false heaven she first believed was just an innocent game. Ashley is a depressed college student who finds solace in dating simulators, and one day she stumbles upon a game like no other.  Damien is crude, crass, sassy and a bit of a jerk, and on top of it all he's the only feature of this strange video game. He claims he's sentient, but as time passes the both of them question the reality of this digital world. Locked in a birdcage of their own, the two can only rely on one another to find the key that is their escape, and more importantly the will to move forward and spread their wings.
