The galaxy is torn to pieces. Ravaged by war and famine, the intergalactic Yrethyn Swarm rampages throughout the fringes of the galaxy. A galactic council resorts to a contradictory solution to help turn the tide of the war. Humanity's position is undetermined in this war for having to wage the third world war of their history, Earth is in shambles but united in cause. Would sacrificing human lives to wage war against the swarm alongside the Ascended be justified? Or would they fall to their own hubris as they battle against the inevitable? This series will follow multiple leads from multiple perspectives of the story. From the recovering states of the Sol Directorate to the rambunctious folks of the United Supremacy Front. As well as the countless member races of the Ascended Council as they battle the swarm. This is my first story and will be updated in my spare time, such stories will also involve graphic content and profanity so discretion is advised.
