'There is a dragon out there, after me!' They hide in an abandoned village which they soon discover to be haunted by a beast-a dragon, that gets wounded by Cedric before taking him to a strange realm. In this new world, no one believes Cedric's claim that he doesn't belong here, dismissing him as mad. Determined to find a way back to his brother, Cedric sets out to confront the dragon that brought him to this nightmarish land, where endless rain floods the horror landscape, mythical beasts worshiped as gods, and their human prey treated like trophies-all under the rule of a king and his army of knights and everything veiled under a dark ocean that floats above the lands.
