She's only 17. Her rank might just have something to do with her bad@ss nature and undeniable knack for leadership, but who's to say for sure? Nevertheless, she's only second to the master and mistress themselves, who also just happen to be her aunt and uncle. Yeah... not great leaders, those two. They're cowards who abandon their house after the first signs of an invasion. Disgraceful. Now, Maria is left to try and fix things on her own with the werewolf invaders.
