The Church of Magic has an iron grip on those who use magic and those who cannot and for those who can't use magic they are treated like vermin or cattle. We follow Lucien, a cynical and dejected sorcerer who uncovers some dark secrets within the church and seeks out those who fight against the established order, The Outcasts. In a world where human life is treated less than food, Lucien and his allies begin to dismantle and destroy the iron grip that the church has on the country and in turn hopefully releasing those bound in slavery or worse, experiments.
