"What separates Man from Beast?" This question plagues the mind of Adam, an ordinary Graduate Assistant, living his life on the Oregon Coast when the unsuspecting Earth is reshaped by a higher power.  Guided by an otherworldly "system", the denizens of Earth are blessed with strength and powers that seem to shatter reality. A necessary defense against an increasingly vast and cruel world.  Adam sets off on a journey, forcing him to adapt and grow in order to protect all that is dear to him. With ach passing day, he learns how hard it is to balance on the line between Man and Monster.  A new future awaits all that survive the Integration.  This is my first fiction!
