The Grand Governers are people with authority in the spaceship, that flew after the destruction of earth. They formed a oligarchy, controlling the people however they like.  Justice, as they say, is what they do. They have killed millions of people, and they say its justice.  Justice may come in different forms, as fairness never comes for humanity. Justice was not their act. They hoped for people to remain hopeless, yet they rose. What is justice if the world does not care? This novel is about a man, who makes justice happen, as fairness left the humanity.  Justice will be enacted by power, all means necessary.
