They refuse to let any more in their city. So she spends her days doing whatever she can to help in her own way. But what will happen when her home is threatened? Eirallys, a young girl born to the only living dragon on the continent, wants nothing more than to maintain the fragile political situation in the country, Condol' Shi. Should it be disrupted, civil war would be inevitable.  But what will happen when she is forced away from her home on the eve of a massive political event? The two girls must learn to work together to achieve their goals: to become a Peacekeeper, and to prevent all-out war.
