In a world where the gods set fire to the world in a war that would last over ten extinction events, mankind would grow tired of their oppression. But first, man would need to discover the gods. And when they did, they would plan their exodus. Breaking off a chunk of the world and naming it the "Aubade". A world made up of multiple rings floating over the desert wasteland of their previous world. And far below it, the graveyard of the gods. But before mankind's victory, the gods would create a beast of untold destruction. The world serpent.  Programmed to awaken once every ten years to wipe humanity from the earth. Mankind must use what remains of the gods, and imbue that essence into the orphaned children soon to be heroes. But at what cost? This is the story of Adam
