While the void empress had everyone prepare for their respective jobs in coordinating or calculating expenses, the job left to Zi Yang was to figure out how to create a clone using his blood essence.
For opening heavens, he would need a clone to do it for him. To that effect and with the help of his talent – he figured it out and soon had all the necessary ingredients for the job.
And something extra.
He also extracted a blood essence from Zi Ming.
Finally, Zi Yang used the small section of soul split by his master and inserted it into the blood essence. Then he used Joanne’s help to carefully wrap Zi Ming’s blood essence with his own.
Finally, using various spiritual stones, five element stones and yin-yang cores – he constructed various organs as the essence started to transform into a mini human shape.
Zi Ming’s blood essence was entirely used by Zi Yang as the heart.
As the shape began to take shape, Zi Yang used the hollow jade frog’s help to bring it into his sea of conscious.
He doesn’t have any cultivation, so he could only depend on Joanne and the frog for all the work.
All he had left now was to practice a figure out a way to get the ability of gigantification to the clone.
With that in mind, Zi Yang started traveling with Dark Void to various beasts – a monkey, an iron-eating beast and even a dragon who all had these abilities.
He hit the first rut after awakening his talent – so, he needed to work harder and browse more information for a solution.
While he was browsing, the work on his creation weapons was going on in full speed.

“Oh, this place looks awful.”
In the extreme west of the country, before two border cities lay a deep ravine into the ground.
In this famously known abyss, a certain lady was walking forward impatiently.
Every step she walked, she stepped on bones, earthy residue of flesh or some felt an eerie cool wind pass by from time to time.
From the top to the bottom, the density of bones increases but they seem to be arranged into roads and sidewalks.
On the roads were seen undead beasts and their riders – some headless knights, a wraith driving on what seemed a blend of undead and machinery, and a few carriages decorated with painted bones.
The sidewalks saw occasional flesh creatures – most common of them being nether cats and foul dogs, while some banshees seem to be singing for attention.
To alleviate the darkness, the street was adorned with eternal nether ghost fires every few miles or so. The entire ravine seems to have formed a system of its own – with residents leading their lives without chaos.
As she went deep into the bottom floor, the chief assistant to the lord of the abyss walked forward and greeted her.
The chief assistant seemed to be a zombie with a few stitches on his temples – she did not know if the morbid atmosphere affected her – she found pale skin and emerald green eyes paired with splendid facial features of this assistant oddly appealing.
But after all, she worked for the devil. If anyone who worked there knew the most, that was to manage their emotions well. She gathered her wits in seconds.
The assistant, John, took her to the waiting room and requested her to wait.
She waited for a whole day and night, but did not see him return.
Irritated, she slammed into the door and saw that the assistant was still waiting for his lord to wake up.
Something in her head seemed to snap. She substituted a certain man for this putz and did what she had wanted to do to him countless times.
This story originates from Royal Road. Ensure the author gets the support they deserve by reading it there.
She asked John to stand aside, took out a soul sinking bat and slammed onto the head of the sleeping lich. Then she calmly threw him into a sack and asked him to gather some soul and undead type resources along with the nether ghost fire.
Then in the astonishingly flickering green fire of his eyes, she took them both and went away.

In a certain room filled with booze and entertainment games, a young man fell asleep on a small bed. Again.
Suddenly, a call came and he groggily put it on when a loud noise smashed his ear drums, “Mo Fan, do you think you are still a kid in twenties still? How dare you abduct a lord from his fiefdom?”
Mo Fan was dumbfounded.
What? He was sleeping and did not know what happened.
The old man on the call did not know of it, even if he knew, he wouldn’t care. He reprimanded again, “Do you know how this incident could undermine the confidence of the attached fiefdoms and kingdoms to our country?
And why do you keep annoying old man Fu? Get this thing built fast – the country can’t tolerate to be closed for so long!”
The loud roar at the end could even be heard in the hall of the house.
Mo Fan had now fully woken up and he stomped in anger, threw his phone and went straight to the work station.
When he saw old man Fu chatting with everyone with a smile, he could not help it even more.
He walked over there as everyone suddenly became quiet and questioned him, “Lao Fu, you ratted me to old man Donghuang – what the hell!
Why don’t you just say you were wrong in failing me in that test? Am I the emperor, or are you?
Say!”
Lao Fu was calm and composed. He did not seem to have the same fear of the young man in front of him as others did.
He calmly asked, “What can I do if His Majesty Donghuang asked for progress? I did not dare to lie to him and could only inform him of your busy nights entertaining dignitaries and discussing important events with them.”
Everyone understood that another fight would break out today. Lao Fu actually taunted him directly for playing games all night long with friends and beasts.
Strangely, the fight did not start but they heard the Devil Emperor say, “Lao Fu, Lao Fu, Lao Fu… if you admit, I will stop blocking your rise to head of the blacksmithing association.”
But Lao Fu ignored him and started looking at the drawings again.
“If you were really okay with this position, you wouldn’t have to come here to suffer under me for this project. Cui Xie would have come – she strongarmed you in coming here, didn’t she? Getting ridden on head by someone younger, how does that feel?”
Lao Fu turned around and said, “strangely familiar, a young brat I coached keeps trying to do so even now. The other brat who’s head of association is still better – she requested with genuine reasons and knew what modesty was.”
Burn.
That has got to burn.
“You know if I don’t work and we don’t complete this project, I could keep you indefinitely.”
“If you don’t, His Majesty Donghuang would bang your head.”
“Don’t worry Lao Fu, my head is as solid as rock.”
“Yeah, so that’s why Jing Huan rejected you then. Wouldn’t she be even more disappointed now?”
Damn.
It’s over.
Everyone present was a senior official. They had heard of some of the relationships between the top brass.
That was how they knew that the devil emperor and Lao Fu had a known master-disciple relationship, but it was more of a father-son relationship.
They were estranged due to some disagreements years ago and have been secretly and openly fighting until now.
The Devil Emperor is going to eat him alive.
“Lao Fu, enough. I am the devil emperor.”
Sure enough, he roared.
This time, Lao Fu also did not fall behind. He shouted too and actually hit the devil emperor with his cane, “Who are you shouting at, you brat? I raised the devil emperor!”
Sounds of gasp were heard.
They were now terrified. They did not know if they could get out of here alive.
They saw an emperor getting beaten. Would they be silenced?
Mo Fan dodged here and there, but the cane still hit him several times.
An emperor level powerhouse’s body is close to an extreme weapon, but he still felt a dull pain.
Mo Fan was sure it was psychological. This old man beat him stupid when he was young, now he still gets beaten after becoming an emperor?
Where is the justice?
Worst thing is that he couldn’t even fight back or else Lao Fu would get hurt.
“Lao Fu, stop stop. Time out.”
“No time out today, you brat. I’ve been sick of you for years now. When are you going to finish this weapon? Have you done your part, say quickly!”
Mo Fan knew that Lao Fu was serious this time and was determined to be hurt by him so he hurriedly presented his work and shouted, “See Lao Fu – I have already made the socket and ferule. I even assembled the body of the handle and butt.”
Lao Fu stopped and strictly asked, “socket capable of integrating soul law and covered by six principles of anger, miserliness, stupidity, desire, jealousy and pride?”
“Yes.”
“Ferrule capable of integrating them in a cycle?”
“Yes.”
“The handle and the butt integrated with the five elements – essence, qi, spirit, emotions and nature.”
“Ah.”
“What? No?”. Lao Fu picked up his cane again.
“No, only nature left. I don’t know what that is and how to do it. I can gather resources for essence, qi, spirit power and emotions by myself and built them into it. What is nature?”
“Dumb brat.”
“Lao Fu, just because I am tolerating you doesn’t mean you can ride on my head?”
“What do you mean? You lecturing me?”
Cane up again.
Damn, how did this old man get so shameless? He is threatening him of his own injuries! Mo Fan grumbled inwardly.
Hmph, I can’t cure you. You’re more powerful so of course, I have to threaten self-harm by fighting you.
A cunning light flashed in Lao Fu’s eyes.
Then he went to the cupboard and picked up the blade that the lich lord was forced to work on with his soul and undead law and quenched with netherworld ghost fire.
He threw it in Mo Fan’s hands and said, “pick up all the ingredients and come – let me give you one last lesson today. If you pass, you graduate!”
Hearing this, a fire burned in his eyes.
Even if the world is to be destroyed today, it has to wait until he gets a pass.
The earth chisel must be built today!
