Roi and all the others hurry to the central viewing area and learn that a rogue planet, ideal for their research, has been discovered. This is the first chance in hundreds of thousands of years for a successful planetary development project. With the ignition of a synthetic star, The Genesis Project begins. But it isn't without problems. To understand their origins, Roi is tasked with overseeing the Human Life Development Study, examining the success of life and its evolution on the little planet called Hope. If it is a success, then perhaps the risk of human extinction will finally come to an end.
