One thousand years ago, humanity escaped from the dying Earth to the stars. On the brink of extinction, they were rescused by a giant alien race known as Keetans and domesticated. On planet Keet, nineteen year old Human Atilius lives a life of domesticated leisure and luxury. Beloved pet to his Keetan family, until one fateful day he is separated from them. Atilius' life is thrown into turmoil and danger as he most now fight to the death in underground arenas across the star system. He will have to endure battle and bloodshed against endless foes in order to survive, if he is ever to return to his family again.
