Synopsis
The year is 2088, and the world is still healing from a catastrophe that struck three decades ago. No one remembers exactly how it started, and every trace of its origins has mysteriously disappeared. What causes it? Is it over?
Ren, an 11-year-old boy with a restless mind, moves to Japan with his nursing mother, struggling to fit into his new school. He prefers knowledge over friendships, questions over rules. But when he stumbles upon an old science book, he discovers something chilling-an entry about the "Flash of Memories After Death": a phenomenon where, for seven minutes after death, the brain replays a person's memories.
Is it really just seven minutes? Or does time bend in those final moments?
What does a dying person truly see? And why does no one talk about it?
As he turns the page, his breath catches. A sentence-familiar yet distant-sends a shiver through him. A prophecy. A warning. His hands shake as the words slip from his lips, barely above a whisper:
"This isn't over... The worst is yet to come. The chosens, will-"
Suddenly, His head hurts so much. Questions flood his mind. What does it mean? Why does this feel like more than just a coincidence? Could the lost history of the catastrophe be connected to something even more terrifying?
The past wasn't just forgotten?
