Synopsis

His creations weren't pointless, and they most certainly did not have as high a likelihood of catastrophic outcomes as his competitors claimed!
Caught out by an unstable rift between the Planes, Gauge Gearsprocket is thrown into a world of magic and spellcasters, where Dungeons litter the land, and where corporations engage in the business of organising teams to plumb their depths. Though faced with a minor setback on the debut of Gearsprocket's Emporium, he is determined to explore a world that surely had to be the state of things in the days before the Spellblight. He may not be able to sling spells the same way the locals could, but every good Artificer worth their tools could prove an even match.
