Magic is everywhere, wild and free, just waiting for people to use it as they please. That is until the Astral Order of Mages decides to outlaw magic to the general populace and banish all non-humans into the Deepwood Forest. The king starts a war with the southern kingdom over trade and leaves his people to fend for themselves, pushing the war on. A girl with the dream of becoming a Mage Knight is left with a choice. Become an Astral mage so she can continue using magic, or become a knight and start a coup, joining the rebellion rising. Her answer is obvious, but is her destination where she wants to go?
