A small squad of mercenaries, working under the Intergalactic Coalition are sent to perform a welfare check on a mining colony, after the research facility stationed on the world went radio silent for over 120 hours.  Led by a Coalition Peace Enforcer Lieutenant named Sylvia, the mercenaries slowly uncover that the research facility was used a front for an illegal smuggling operation of sentient species. The latest specimen escaped its containment.
