The Men of the World's organization seeks to employ the most dangerous killers on earth. Kirsten Eyler, a prolific agent of this organization is sent on a mission to find and recruit the legendary killer known as The Butcher. However, upon discovering The Butcher's identity and obtaining her support, a conspiracy is set in motion to destroy the organization from within.
